WELCOME TO PARADISE PALMS

Paradise Palms, a quiet residential neighborhood with a hometown feel in the heart of Boca Raton, is surrounded on two sides by Cypress Knee Slough Preserve and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and parks; fifteen minutes to the beach and thirty minutes to two International airports.

SHARING OUR HISTORY

In the early ‘60s, the developer Dr. Ira Lee “Doc” Eshleman conceived Paradise Palms as a pleasant and tight-knit community with homes for members of Bible town, now known as Boca Raton Community Church.  Lots in the new community of Paradise Palms were originally sold for $3,000 per lot.  In the beginning, only members of Bible town were eligible to purchase lots in Paradise Palms.
Four of the streets in Paradise Palms are named after the Eshleman’s four children, Sharon, Bonnie, Dennis and Paul.  The original name of Bible town was the Boca Raton Bible Conference Grounds, thus the name Conference Drive. Dr. Eshleman passed away on November 2, 2005.
