Mission Statement

Paradise Palms Property Owners Association strives to promote a sense of community among residents of our neighborhood through social, civic, safety, and environmental direction, which ultimately enhances the marketability and value of our neighborhood. In an effort to keep our community a desirable place to live, we use your annual dues to support Paradise Palms in maintaining the common areas that we see each day. In continuing to improve and maintain this wonderful place we ask for your cooperation. Your contribution is the best investment you can make in order to keep the integrity and beauty of this neighborhood we call home.
